MR. KOLAPO LAWSON
Chairman
Mr. Lawson started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) after graduating from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has acquired a wealth of management experience both locally and internationally in Finance, Manufacturing, Estate and Property Development.
He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He was the immediate past Chairman Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) Lome. He is also the Vice
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Lawsons Corporation, Vice Chairman Vitamalt Plc, Chairman Agbara Estates Ltd, Director Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc among several others.

MR. DOYIN ADEYINKA
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Adeyinka holds an MBA from Lagos Business School, a Bachelors degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Akure and attended the Senior Executive Programme of the London Business School.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry across both upstream and downstream sectors.
He had previously worked in various capacities at Texaco Nigeria Plc, Zenon Petroleum and Gas, Honeywell Oil and Gas. He currently sits on the board of other companies.

MR. JAMES MINER
Non-Executive Director

James Miner holds a Bachelors Degree LLB (Hons) from the University of Warwick, Master’s Degree LLM (Hons) from the University of Cambridge and a postgraduate degree from the College of York in the UK.

He worked at Herbert Smith & Co (Solicitors), Beechcroft Stanley (Solicitors), Brown Shipley & Co. (Merchant Bankers) and Nesco Investments Plc. He is on the board of several companies.

MR. OLADIPO BELLO
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Oladipo Bello graduated with a degree of Law from Lagos State University and a Master’s degree in Law from University of Lagos. He also attended the Law society of Ireland (Solicitor); University College of Dublin (Postgraduate Diploma in Arbitration); The College of Law of England and Wales (Solicitor); and Institute of Bankers Ireland (Specialist Certificate in Investment Funds Services).

He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Law society of England & Wales, Law society of Ireland, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of United Kingdom, and Irish Funds Industry Association.

Mr. Bello has worked in various establishments as a specialized corporate lawyer and a qualified Solicitor in three jurisdictions with Master of Laws degrees.

DR. BASHIR GWANDU
Non-Executive Director

Dr. Bashir Gwandu obtained his BSC in Physics degree from Usman Dan fodiyo University, Sokoto and an MSc in Applied Physics from the University of Jos. After a brief Engineering service at the Tactical Air-command, Makurdi/brief lecturing at Usman Dan fodiyo University, Sokoto, he travelled to the United Kingdom where he attended MSc Courses in Power Electronics & Drives, and Communications Engineering. He also obtained MPhil degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from the University of Birmingham as well as an MBA Finance course at the Birmingham Business School.

Since 2002, Dr Bashir Gwandu has been involved in research work on Regulation of Utilities. He has designed many devices that are used in the telecom industry some of which have been patented in Europe and United States. He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer, and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET) in the UK, and has published over 40 Electronic and Electrical Engineering Research papers in world-class Electrical Engineering journals and conference proceedings.

MR. KARMA G. RAJI
Alternate Director

KAMAR G. RAJI graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 1991 with LL. B (Hon). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 and subsequently obtained his LL.M Degree from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State in the year 2003.
Mr. Raji, a Notary Public, is currently the Managing Partner of Delaw Chambers, a full service commercial law firm based in Lagos State Nigeria. He is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation, a registered capital market Expert by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a board member of public and private companies in Nigeria. He was a member of Nigerian trade delegation to the Republic of Ukraine in year 2005.
Mr. Raji has since been in full-time legal practice, covering both commercial practice and litigation (civil and criminal). His litigation experience covers all strata of the judicial system in many varied jurisdictions in Nigeria, including administrative Tribunals, Arbitration Panels and Military Tribunals.
Mr. Raji has in the recent time concentrated effort on Corporate Commercial, Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Capital Market, Estate Planning and Taxation practice. He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and was instrumental to the formation of Capital Market Solicitors Association.
